Personally

I believe there's a wealth of talent at this moment in time that could be available to us. My firm belief has always been that Worthington relies on momentum and confidence in his team. When it happens, he's rolling but as with all teams there will be times when things don't fall your way. It's those times when a bit of tactical knowledge is essential to good management, and i'm afraid its where Worthy falls flat on his face.
