It's some sort of ponceshop.

There's new-ish one in Tombland, just down from Ritzys, It's ok. Plus all the old faves down Mag St and POW Rd.

I'd go for The Clipper on St Benedicts (used to be the Bengal Spice). I haven't been there since they spangled it up but have heard good reports
