You can't just put it all down to poor players. I agree they're not great but when a manager's only aim is to stop the other team scoring you're never going to see a team play well. Put it this way, can you imagine a Lambert team playing that piss poor? Roy's getting a break because he's the new man and so he should to a certain extent but that doesn't excuse truly awful tactics.
