Where have you been?

Every time this happens we blame the manager. If they play 4-4-2 we say they should have played 4-5-1 and vice versa. They are always too strict with the players (Capello) or too lenient (Sven, McLaren). Whatever we change the same thing happens because IT'S THE PLAYERS
