As anyone knows - form is temprorary, class is permanent. And although we may be playing like tossers at the moment, past history says we have good players, so one day they might regain form. And as we all know, any team which is consistent in the Championship will make the playoffs - even inconsistent teams can make them sometimes! Palace showed that a good run can get you into the playoffs when you look more like relegation candidates, the same way a team lose every game after Christmas and go from play off challenges to relegation dogfighters. So you can never write anything off!
