I thought that was all rubbish, and sleep is sleep

I do mean to get into a better routine. It's not that I know I function better or worse. I'm just used to being tired for the last 7-8 years

Either that or my body knows to recharge as much as possible on a weekend

I woke up at 3pm in the afternoon last Sunday
