The only place you'll get English comms is in the ex pat pubs. The best of those is the Oscar Wilde: User Posted Link
Matey a bit out of the loop these days (small kids so I guess he's not allowed out much these days); but has a couple of suggestions:
"I used to watch games in User Posted Link on Veteranenstr. Smallish place but would remind you more of how Berlin used to be. (unless they?ve renovated, haven?t been there in a couple of years).
Tante Kaethe is a good place to go. Impossible to stumble across if you don?t know about it. User Posted Link
Looks good? User Posted Link
The Fanmeile in Tiergarten is an experience, get there early if Germany are playing as they close the gates when it?s full (about 450,000 people!) I think they are showing all the KO games
Basically most of the games are on, in most places. Just walk around until you find somewhere you like. In Prenzl?berg there are a load of good bars shouldn?t be hard to find somewhere."
