If it happens you probably want to avoid the ex-pat places to watch the game

Find a beer garden or top quality restaurant and sit outside - they'll all have TVs.

A great beer garden is Cafe am Neuen See behind the Zoo (across the bridge where the Rosa Luxemburg plaque is). Top notch grill and beers. Dunno if they'll have TVs there though. Another is Schleusenkrug up the path into Tiergarten from Zoo station. Screen was inside in '98 though. And it'll be rammed to high heaven.
