I've done a fair amount of tax litigation

Mostly defending tax lawyers or accountants about schemes like these ones in the papers at the moment after HMRC has decided they don't work and shut them down, so the clients due their advisers

Result is that I've decided the ones which make big savings aren't proper and the ones which are proper don't make big savings

If I found one which was proper AND made big savings I'd do it, because 52% is taking the piss
