While I'd have preferred Worthy to do the honourable thing today; the vitriol being poured upon him is unnecessary - I think he's essentially a decent bloke who happens to have lost his way; but is stubbornly refusing to give up. Sadly, I think that's self-delusional and the board should have taken the difficult decision and sacked him today, because if results and performances don't improve pretty damn fast the temperature is going to rise, it wont only be ties being thrown and it'll end with Worthy being hounded out and recriminations all round.
Likewise the abuse being directed at the few Worthy backers. We're all going to have different opinions, so argue the point as vociferously as you like, but show a bit of respect and cut out the personal attacks
