He might do okay. But I seem to remember him complaining on the radio a while back saying it was becoming almost impossible to motivate Championship players who know they're not good enough for the Premiership, as they've already got it as good as they'll ever have it. Big fat wages etc. I think he came to that conclusion when he failed to get Watford back into the Premiership after being relegated.
