Confusing stability with indecisiveness and lack of ambition

niceness gets you nowhere if you stick with the wrong person

why was Nigel not able to motivate the team before fulham. Anyone who saw that game knows a manager with good results can become a bad manager

Delia & MWJ give me ONE example from over 100 years of professional football where someone has turned a situation as dire as 17th in the second tier and got them back up again.

Motivating the players is why Nigel Worthington is paid more in a month than i earn in a year.

He has consistently bought badly and we have a unbalanced disjointed squad . He sounds and is weak.

D & MWJ's statement shows how since we won the championship we adopted a second best attitude and have consistently rewarded faliure.

We are a laughing stock and need to be completely shaken up. Can you imagine Sam Allardyce displaying the s**t bodylanguage of our grey haired weakling? He'd kick some arse.

Oh, and by the way, Nigel DOES offer excuses - he blames individuals for collective faliures eg Shackell at Watford when Flem was worse, McVeigh even when he's not the worst player, moaning about playing Safri " it's so everyone can say they had a chance".

Ours is a great club, the fabric and supporters unique and special. We all LOVE this club, but there are none so blind as will not see ( esp tv chefs and their hubby)

Blub over.

Steve
