No, he isn't offside under the current law

And to be fair he didn't gain any advantage from being in an offside position when the first ball from Fabregas was played through. Ok, he got onto the next ball and scored but he could have done so just as easily if he had been onside (i.e. a couple of yards further back)when the first ball was played through - there was no Croatia player anywhere near him.
