Tonight we have leant that no one understands the offside rule

I don't know if the Spanish scorer should have been offside or not. He was certainly offside when it was played through to Iniesta but not when he received the ball.

I have no idea if that means it was offside or not.

What is a passage of play and if a passage of play is one pass then why not just refer to it as a pass?

All I know is FIFA have f**ked up the offside rule so no one actually seems knows what it is anymore.
