what we need more than enything else is stability

after the chase era, we seemed to be starting to find that stability and we actually becoming a good team. Then we went up, jetissoned half the sqiuad and brought in expensive international stars. We then came down again and had to quickly replace the big names who jumped ship. So now we are trying to settle again, and the last thing we want to rock the boat is a change of management.
