It is 2 years newer, so better hardware. Hooge screen but I hate that. Too big.

iPhone 5 will no doubt kill it, then the S4 will kill the iPhone 5. In my opinion, iPhone and Galaxy S series are the only two ranges truly in the same class. Then it is down to preference as to whether you like iOS or Android.
