Mine

I rang up 3 times to cancel 1 appointment because I work away, which they told me was fine!!
I get told to pop in to make an appointment when I'm home, so this is what I do.... I then get charged for the canceled appointment plus admin fees. Plus my next 2 appointments which are months away!!

How can they charge so much for doing nothing!! My next 2 meetings are for a tiny filling ffs
