yes, few steps here that can help....

1... email them back asking if the print out the spreadsheet and post it to you.
2... wait for post to arrive.
3... open envelope addressed to Lord Tomby Tomblington, of Tomby Towers, Tumbledown, TB1 2TB.
4.. utilize the enclosed spreadsheet any way you see fit.
