Worthington has failed with his signing and his tactics. It doesn?t matter how hard you clap or how loud you sing, it won?t cover up the managers ineptitude.

I want the club to move forward and establish itself as a regular Premiership side. Nigel Worthington does not have what it takes to make this a reality.
