this is the first time that so many people have actually had a voice

the internet wasn't so popular five years ago, and although there was a bit of discussion about Hamilton, it wasn't so representative of the views of fans in general. Now (if they cared), the board could find out exactly what the fans' attitude is towards the manager and react BEFORE losing the majority's support, and not AFTER as is normally the case.
