Yes granted but as per my point above..

For example If you can sign for southampon or qpr who may not insist on such a clause or Norwich who will (quite rightly) insist on such a clause player and agent will want to join saints or QPR and not us.

I thinks it is getting harder to sign players with such clauses such is player power
