And he exceeded expectations - again playing proper football not long ball s**te - at both Derby & Hearts. It is a sure bet Worthy will not achieve in his whole career what Burley has done already (Burley has been a success at every club he's been at, Worthy was a total failure at Blackpool). There is no comparison between teh managerial abilities of the two - Burley is light years ahead.
