I'm thinking more of the Oceania/Asian/most of the African sides teams

and yes I know that the S.American teams are good, but there are more slots to fill.

The European teams were poor but it was a bad world cup in general, Argentina and Brazil also had relatively dissapointing tournaments.

If the World Cup was the same format as the current Euros then it would be a far better tournament.
