"The British Foreign Office is estimating that around 3,500 England fans are attending the France Euro 2012 match from the UK. British police on the ground here in Donetsk are advising that significant numbers of foreign nationals - mostly Ukranian and Russian - are attending the game wearing England colours."

Why would they do that?
