A days training? That'll be the day ....

they trained for an hour and half on Friday. The rest of the time it's two hours max with a day off on Wednesdays or Thursdays. It takes them longer to eat the nice free lunch laid on by cordon bleu chefs than they actually train for, all this and 10 grand a week as well.
