Just seen the Sun's predicted England team for tonight

with a midfield of Downing Parker Gerrard and Milner.

Deeply uninspiring and uncreative. How have we managed to produced an entire generation of footballers without a single midfield playmaker!

I actually think we could do alright in this tournament, especially once Rooney comes back but tonights line-up looks negative to me. If we have to play Milner then at least make it a three man midfield with Parker and Gerrard and let Young, Walcott and Welbeck loose up front!
