I have some good friends who are coppers and more importantly City fans.

I'm not sugesting that they are liars but the justification for the placing of mobile speed cameras is a false one given by local authorities and not rank and file coppers.

The one that clocked me on the A11 was not a police camera but a nice orange local authority van.
