This will be controversial, but I know the perfect manager for us...

We need someone who will:

* get the players giving 110%
* get the players fighting for every ball
* restore some team spirit
* take no s**t from players who are misbehaving or under-achieveing
* be able to recognise talent with a bit of money to play with, but not a fortune
* someone who knows the lower leagues and able to pluck out a youngster for a good price
* someone with ambition to do well

I kid you not. Love him or hate him, I personally think he's a great character and great for Sheff Utd. And before anyone says, they DON'T play long ball football - thats a bit of a myth. Yes, they are physical, but wouldn't you want some of our players to be?? I certainly would! At least he'd get us playing with some passion. Anyone who watched that documentary on sky about him a few months ago will realise his passion for the game and how well he gets his teams 'up for it'. And remeber, he's had hardly any money to spend at Sheff Utd, always on a shoestring and they always do well, esp in the cups. This season, he finally has a little bit of money available and look what happens..........

The only problem is, we've probably missed the boat on him now with Sheff Utd being top. But they are crap payers and you never know if we offered him a good salary....
