I agree Villa don't need a complete overhaul

As some on here think. Lambert is not stupid. He has gone there because, like when he took us over, they are a biggish club who are currently underperforming and who were managed by an unpopular manager. Just by not being mcleish he already has the fans onside and without too much major surgery hd should be able to get them to finish top half thus enhancing his reputation further.
