Villa Park home dugout

This link to a Villa forum has a post discussing Lambert wishing to swap the Villa Park dugouts over so as to have the home dugout nearest to the ground's more vociferous Holte End. Can't see the point myself, but I'm wondering why he did not bother to have similar done while he was at Carrow Road if he's that fussed.
