I was in both groups.

Funny thing was, we were in that pub for about an hour as the police presence slowly rose and eventually there must have been at least a copper for every City fan!

Then they escorted us through Shepherd's Bush to the tube station. "This is ridiculous" was the main chant.

They kept stopping us every 10 yards for no apparent reason.

Must have a quota of "pub-clearings" to meet of something.
