Looks likely to get the job at Swanleys. Probably a good appointment for them in the sense that he will continue with the style of play that they have used in recent years. However he appears to be a serial quitter, lasting a year or less in each of his last three jobs.

I notice that Steve Clarke has also been welcomed by indifference by the baggies. They may turn out to be fantastic appointments but personally I am happier with the Hoot, Hooters etc
