Mike Newell is not a great manager

took over at Hartlepool with 6 games left , tehy were clear at the top and he not only lost the title he nearly lost automatic Promoion , he was employed at Luton asa yes man for the eccentric chairman they had and has got extremely lucky , I personally don;t rate him that highly
