Has he been so unlucky with injuries, I for 1 seriously question the training methods with so many muscle injuries picked up.

Constantly playing people out of position is my favourite bug bear, something he has always done.

Sticking with stupid formations when they clearly don't work.

Manager of any Business has to make decisions on penalties he says oh go on anyone who's confident take it. Thats why we have missed so many pens under his leadership. Lack of planning IMO.
Comments about the fans & the fact he's the manager & don't care what we think. That lost me thats for sure.
