Well he shouldn't have left in the way that he did with a total lack of class or even a thought for the club about compensation.

Lambert said that he left Colchester becuase they let him talk to Norwich, and now he has left Norwich because they didn't let him speak to Villa. Norwich were in a no-win situation.
