Sorry to hear that mate but good things are on the up...

...having lost my folks young mother's and father's day always feels a little odd, as does Christmas tbh, but it doesn't get me down these days...

I think about positives and how lucky I am with what I have now...

However I do think it is good to feel a little melancholic as it is an important part of life...
