How much will it cost to pay worthy off?..

He seems quite content to pick up his weekly pay showing zeroe passion like Sven.He doesnt look like doing the honorable thing and resigning. I think the fans would be forever grateful for promotion and show true respect if he did this for the benefit of the club.

It looks like he will wait for his pay off when sacked. this is potentially huge. Just how much do people think this would be?? Im guessing a new gaffer starting out may be on a considerably lower wage than worthington??
