NCFC managers

The next manager will, I think, be the 17th permanent manager since I first attended a NCFC game in 1979.
For no particular reason, I have done a list of the 16 previous managers, in order of how successful I consider they were. Not based on any stats at all, but just my perception.
What a waste of fecking time, eh?
