just that Lambert admitted (in 4-4-2) that he used to drink heavily and didn't have an athletes diet, I doubt he would have been any different under any manager at the time due to his mentality.

I'm not informed enough to comment on the Bristol Rovers team of the time, I'm also not disputing your points against Trollope.
