He's spent years in mid table with Sheff Utd just missing the play-offs. I'm surprised the fans didn't hound him out years ago, but then expectations were lower at Sheff Utd than they are here - plus they never actually had a shocking run like this to my memory. But anyhow, this seasons he's got it right after so many nearly times.
