Replacement question

Lets say holty goes for ?5m ... And considering the suggested new money available
Who would you get in as replacement ... Taking into consideration ?4 - 6 million ish transfer , realistic wages and would actually come.
I would say hooper ... All Scottish premier players are a gamble to bring to the prem because of the class difference they have sometimes struggled but it is worth it I think
