He basically knows, if he does worse than this season with us, his stock will probably start to go down a little. For the last 3 consecutive seasons he's bettered himself and the team.
He'll go to Villa, improve them (it will be hard not to improve them they way they were last season, very much like when he came to us) and his stock will go up again.
Villa fans should be in no doubt at all, he'll be going to Villa to improve his chances of getting a big team, not to start any long term projects with them.
He done it to Colchester, he done it to us, he'll do it to them. Some would say he's driven to succeed, others would call it something else.
