The story seems riddled with very strange lines

As well as the first two I mentioned we have: -

and

"Norwich?s refusal to allow Lambert, 42, to speak to Villa means the Midlands club could escape paying compensation as they broke the terms of the deal with the Scot"

So what short-list was that? One supplied by the Sun Sports Desk? And I cannot believe that we would be that stupid so that Villa ?could? escape paying compensation.
