Holt could well be worthless in two years time, it's like Seb Coe asking for a contract to run the Olympics bid till 2013, pointless.
Have never heard about a player asking for what holt wanted whilst having two years left.
Strong by the CE and essential to keep entire club under correct leadership, any cracks could have opened up complaints by all players, what more could he do?
