I guess we wil find out if Lambert is a smart as we think he is?

From the outside it seems like a strange move for Lambert.
The size of the club is right but the fact they have debts and have a history of offloading all their star talent just doesnt seem like it will match Lambert ambition.

Maybe if Villa flakes on him and keeps selling off their talent he will have an excuse if it doesnt work out?
