Nigel speaks about getting back to basics so here are a few pointers for him:

Don't play a midfielder in defence
Don't play a defender in midfield
Don't play a midfielder in attack

And finally, after last week's first debacle, don't ever, ever play the diamond formation again.

Burley will not come here but that shouldn't stop us from sacking Worthy and appointing someone who has a clue.
