When did Swansea

become massive enough to be "the Swansea" ?

"It was believed the 22 year-old would be joining the Swansea for a fee of ?6.8 million subject to a medical."

From a Daily Telegraph article about Steve Clarke leaving Liverpool and his own managerial aspirations. I would have thought that If Culverhouse does not take his rightful crown SC may be an option.
