I believe someone very eloquent on here first coined that phrase...

Lambert, dare I say it, had it slightly easier though. Cos although we were mentally shot, and did have some shocking deadwood, there was also a core of a good squad. Not saying anyone else would/ could have done what he did though, far from it.
