Well that was...erm...'fun'!

Can't quite believe how bad we were today - it was just diabolical!

First goal: Ball crossed in, Brennan let his man get in front to head back across goal and I think it was Doherty's man that then put the ball in.

Second: I'm convinced the free-kick went in unaided, but I've since read that Furlong got a touch (he was credited with it at the ground too). Shocking that NOBODY in a yellow shirt went to it though, and Green was rooted in position.

Third: No communication between Doherty and Ashton, and I'm not sure at all why Ashton then had a go at Green - was saying he should have pushed the defender that was in front of him out of the way, but again not sure how that would have helped.

On around seventy minutes the crowd started 'what a load of rubbish again' to which Ashton took exception to - signalling with almost a shrug of his shoulders as if to say 'what the hell am I meant to do?'. Suggests to me that the players haven't got a clue what to do and are getting as frustrated with everything as the fans.

Our passing was poor, our movement non-existent and the players weren't suitable for the formation. Why Jarvis didn't start I've no idea - what must the kid be thinking?

Ho hum - we'll still keep going though, and we'll still try to get behind the side. It's just that little bit tougher when we play like that!
