I'm not as bothered as I feel that I should be about Lambo leaving. I realised this is because we have a better run club all round now and we won't just settle for anyone. McNally has my full confidence and I know that whatever it is that he may have planned will be a massive step forward from the time before he was at the club when we had no real direction.
